The Digital Mystikz, comprised of Mala and Coki, have been making music together since they were teenagers in South London. Both were at the very beginning of the dubstep wave, and are influential godfathers to the deep bass sound.

For those that have been fortunate to see Mala perform live, his performance is often described as “spiritual” and “special”. Mala has a very deep connection with sound and an innate ability to create meditative frequencies and harmonics that unify and connect those who listen in a very powerful way. His most recent album, “Mala in Cuba”, gained international acclaim, crossing over into many genres. His label, DEEP MEDi, has released influential tracks from artists such as Goth-Trad, Truth, Loefah, Skream, and Mark Pritchard to name a few.

Coki brings creativity to the table with mind boggling sounds and an aggressive feel. Heavily influenced by the 90’s jungle scene, his sound often flips the music world on its head while keeping the communal vibe based on passionate, explosive crowd reactions. His sound compliments Mala’s meditative, organic, heavy-bass perfectly. Together with Mala, he runs the UK’s premier dubstep night, DMZ, that is known around the world for its incredible talent and heavy bass.
